The purpose of the Crawford County Agricultural Hall of Fame is to recognize outstanding contributions to agriculture by an individual in Crawford County by presenting annual awards.
RECIPIENTS OF THE AWARDS may be within either of the following categories:
- Farmer or Breeder – one who has made his or her major contribution from the land and products
- Agricultural Industry – Other related activity or industry representative
NUMBER OF AWARDS made in any year may not exceed two.
NOMINATIONS may be made by any individual or organization in Crawford County by completing a nomination form and returning it to the attention of: Crawford County Farm Bureau, c/o Hall of Fame Committee, 1495 W. Longview Ave., Suite 203, Mansfield, Ohio 44906.

ALL NOMINATIONS must be returned no later than June 30, 2020, on a properly prepared nomination form. Click here for the online nomination form. Nominations must also include a color photograph (if available) of the nominee, suitable for enlargement. A black and white photograph may be submitted if color is not available. An electronic version of the photo, at least 600 dpi, is preferred.
A PANEL OF JUDGES comprised of at least five individuals representing various agricultural organizations within the county will evaluate nominations. The decision of the judges shall be final. Nominations will be reconsidered in subsequent years if the nominator contacts the Crawford County Farm Bureau office with the request.
THE AWARD shall include an appropriate plaque sponsored by the Crawford County Farm Bureau. In addition, the recipient’s picture will be displayed within the new Crawford County Ag Hall of Fame display.
