The Van Wert County Farm Bureau has awarded scholarships to two high school graduates who are continuing their college education. Scholarship proceeds partially come from the Van Wert County Fair Farm Bureau Food Stand. Congratulations to these two scholarship winners and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
Betty Vorst
Betty, daughter of Chris and Sandy Vorst, is a 2019 Delphos St. John’s High School graduate. She is the recipient of a $500 scholarship. This fall Betty will be continuing her education at the Ohio State University majoring in agribusiness and applied economics.
Tristin Miller
Tristin, son of Tim and Jackie Miller, is a 2018 graduate of Lincolnview High School. He is the recipient of a $500 scholarship. This fall Tristin will be continuing his education at Wright State University- Lake Campus majoring in agribusiness and agronomy.
