Read MoreThe Lorain County Farm Bureau sponsors grants to enhance the appreciation of agriculture throughout Lorain County. This grant should be used to teach on topics related to agriculture such as crop and livestock production, our society’s use of agricultural products, land management, the environment and careers in agriculture.
Applications will be accepted twice a year. Application deadlines are Jan. 31 and June 30. The applicant will be notified of the county Farm Bureau decision within 45 days of the application deadline. The application is available below.
The maximum grant value per applicant and per program in any one year is $250. Grant recipients must include Farm Bureau as a source of funding on all promotional materials. Grant recipients will be required to provide a one-page program summary within one month of completion to the Lorain County Farm Bureau.
