Clermont County Farm Bureau offering 2022 college scholarships
Clermont County Farm Bureau is offering up to three $1000 scholarships to 2022 Clermont County, Ohio high school graduate(s) who will be attending an institution of higher education and majoring in an agricultural field. It is not necessary that the applicant have a farm background. As long as the parents/guardians of the student are members of the Clermont County Farm Bureau, the student is eligible.
Science and chemistry or vocational agriculture education majors also will be considered. Preference will be given to agriculture, animal science, horticulture, science and chemistry majors, and education majors specializing in the above areas of study. Evaluation of the applicants will be based on academic achievement, school /community activities and demonstration of leadership.
Applications are available online or can be obtained through local high schools’ guidance counselors offices. To obtain a scholarship, applicants must send a completed application, a copy of their high school transcript and a wallet-size photo to the Clermont County Farm Bureau, PO Box 288, Georgetown, OH 45121. All applications must be received by 4 p.m. on March 24, 2022.

If it wasn't for Farm Bureau, I personally, along with many others, would not have had the opportunity to meet with our representatives face to face in Washington, D.C.
Through its policies it brings together people in the agricultural community and invests in building vibrant communities that support agriculture.
If you have issues with local planning or have legal questions, someone at the Farm Bureau has the answer for you, or they’ll connect you with someone who does.
As a member of Farm Bureau, I am glad that this organization takes action when necessary to protect and advance agriculture.
Farm Bureau is an incredible organization that has given me countless professional development opportunities in addition to advocating for all sizes and types of farmers.
We go to a lot of Farm Bureau events, and there’s a lot of camaraderie built because you’re meeting with people who have similar interests and goals.
