Crawford County offers summer camp scholarships
Crawford County Farm Bureau will cover half of the cost to send Farm Bureau members to the Ohio Leadership Camp.
Ohio Farm Bureau is partnering with Ohio FFA to host the Ohio Leadership Camp, held June 24-27 at Ohio FFA Camp in Carrollton. The cost is $175 per camper. Ohio Leadership Camp is open to Farm Bureau youth as well as FFA, DECA, FCCLA, HOSA, and SkillsUSA students. This Advanced Leadership Development Conference allows students to build their leadership skills, participate in team bonding tasks and create friendships with other youth from across Ohio.
Campers must be high school students for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. Parents can find pertinent camp and safety information here.
Crawford County Farm Bureau will cover half of the cost to send Farm Bureau members to the Ohio Leadership Camp session for the first 10 students who contact the office. You will be reimbursed $87.50 after attending camp. Call 419-747-7488 or email [email protected] to register your youth for the camp sponsorship.
Camp registration is done online, generally by the FFA advisor. Farm Bureau youth not enrolled in FFA can register by completing both forms below and submitting them with payment to the county Farm Bureau office no later than June 1.
Through its policies it brings together people in the agricultural community and invests in building vibrant communities that support agriculture.
If it wasn't for Farm Bureau, I personally, along with many others, would not have had the opportunity to meet with our representatives face to face in Washington, D.C.

As a member of Farm Bureau, I am glad that this organization takes action when necessary to protect and advance agriculture.
Farm Bureau is an incredible organization that has given me countless professional development opportunities in addition to advocating for all sizes and types of farmers.
We go to a lot of Farm Bureau events, and there’s a lot of camaraderie built because you’re meeting with people who have similar interests and goals.
