Clinton, Fayette, Greene, and Warren County Farm Bureaus are seeking a new talented team member to serve as a County Office Administrator.
Job Description
To assist the organization director in developing, maintaining, and executing successful Farm Bureau programs and services that meet the needs of members with efficiency and accuracy.
Primary Duties:

Maintain an accurate filing system of membership, accounting, and program development. The filing system will need to be easily accessible so the organization director can utilize it and also be done within the parameters set forth by the Ohio Farm Bureau. The candidate should possess a good understanding of accounting skills.

Put together board packets, meeting documents, and event handouts.

Be a good team player with not just our office staff, but the entire organization.

Balance and reconcile all financial records.

Be responsible for preparing, explaining, and performing county audits.

Support company operations by maintaining office equipment, supply inventory, and systems.

Maintain accurate membership records for all members throughout the database.

Work in conjunction with the organization director in putting together bulk mailings for the county Farm Bureaus.

Use Asana to keep track of tasks and communicate effectively with the Wilmington office team.

Develop and foster a good working relationship with the company and its affiliates.

Maintain an attractive office that includes good housekeeping practices, regular work hours, and good telephone communication habits. Inform the organization director of any building maintenance issues.

Reach out to members for customer service interactions, including member retention.

Attend special meetings or conferences that will aid in maintaining and improving the county office administrator position, as directed by the organization director.

Attend County Farm Bureau annual meetings and membership events unless otherwise directed by the supervisor. This is about 6-7 nights out of the entire year.

Perform other duties as assigned by the organization director.
Minimum Qualifications:

At least a high school degree.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of individuals.

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient in basic computer skills (Quickbooks, Google Drive, and Microsoft office).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with the ability to multitask and maintain deadlines.

Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Outstanding organizational skills.

Understanding of Farm Bureau.
This is a part-time position for 32 hours a week located in Wilmington, Ohio. Starting pay is $15. This position reports to the organization director.
