Every year, Warren County Farm Bureau honors a member who has gone above and beyond to serve their county Farm Bureau as well as the agricultural community. We recognize these individuals at the county annual meeting, and they are recognized in a slide show at the Ohio Farm Bureau annual meeting. This year’s winner is John Arnold Jr. John is a corn and soybean farmer from Springboro. He just completed his ninth year as a trustee on the county board.  He was county president for two years and is an AgriPOWER leadership institute graduate.

Labor has always been an issue, mainly because we are a seasonal operation. So that's a challenge finding somebody who only wants to work three months out of a year, sometimes up to six months.
