Montgomery County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting
Montgomery County Farm Bureau invites you and your family to join us for our Annual Meeting Aug.15 at The Hagemeyer…
Read MoreThis week, Montgomery County Farm Bureau donated 60 chickens to CAMP. The Community Action Mission Program serves residents in Farmersville, Germantown, and New Lebanon. CAMP has been in operation since 1998, and continues to bless our neighbors throughout the year with food, emergency financial assistance, and warm coats. All the activities of CAMP are supported by generous donations of time, resources, and money from the community. High school students will help box up the chickens along with other holiday meal essentials like stuffing, green beans, corn, and a delicious chicken recipe (pictured below).
If you, or someone you know, could benefit from this community resource, please visit CAMP’s page to learn more.
A special THANK YOU to McGuire Family Farms for their second year of offering locally grown chickens!
McGuire Family Farms, established in 1992, is a sustainable farm that takes pride in preserving the land and resources.
