American agriculture is the foundation of our country. It’s the backbone of a healthy and prosperous nation, made possible by the hard work of America’s farms and farm families. Each year in March, we have the opportunity to meet with the commissioners to talk about agriculture and to declare National Ag week. This year, National Ag week was March 16-22. Along with proclaiming National Ag week, we also have the opportunity to give baskets of local agriculture products to the commissioners. We appreciate the continued support of agriculture from the Meigs County Commissioners.
