Calling all former fair kids!
Richland County Farm Bureau Young Agricultural Professionals (YAP) will be grilling out Sunday, Aug. 4, at 6:30 p.m. during the Richland County Fair at the Farm Bureau tent.
The cookout at the Farm Bureau tent is a casual evening for young professionals interested in food and farming to connect. We will be grilling burgers, hot dogs, and will provide the chips, desserts and drinks. All you need to do is show up hungry. RSVP to the office at [email protected] or (419) 747-7488 by July 31.
If you have attended the Ohio Farm Bureau YAP Leadership Conferences, Hops and Brew, or other Farm Bureau events, please join us to provide some insight and information to others. We want to provide fellowship and networking to address challenges and opportunities for young adults in the Richland County area.
Young Ag Professionals are young adults ages 18-35, single or married, who share a passion for farming, rural living, and/or local foods. You don’t have to be a farmer or even have a job in agriculture to be part of this group. Simply, you need to enjoy living in rural Ohio and want to socialize with others who share similar interests.
