Crawford County Farm Bureau is taking a bus tour of the Blanchard River Demonstration Farms Network Sept. 9, departing from Bucyrus at 8:30 a.m. The tour will take you to three Hardin and Hancock County farms to see a wide variety of conservation practices and research while hearing presentations from the conservation professionals and scientists involved in the project. There will be plenty of time to interact with the farmers and presenters with the goal of this tour to provide a glimpse into the conservation efforts and challenges of modern farming.
