On Aug. 13, 2021, Coshocton County Farm Bureau will proudly present the third annual Dinner on the Farm, an elegant and unique benefit dinner, held on a local grain and beef farm. The purpose of this event is to raise funds jointly for the Coshocton County 4-H Endowment Fund and Coshocton County Agricultural Impact Fund. All of the proceeds will be donated equally between the two programs. Both organizations celebrated 100 years in 2019, an achievement that few organizations ever reach.

About the beneficiaries

The Coshocton County 4-H Endowment Fund provides grants and scholarships to benefit the Coshocton Community and the 4-H program. In previous years, the fund has provided grants for picnic tables, barn improvements, annual scholarships, the 4-H Robotics Team and Real Money Real World just to name a few.

The Coshocton County Agricultural Impact Fund is a fund established by the Coshocton County Farm Bureau Board of Trustees to provide grants for agricultural education programming. To date, we have supported FFA members attending leadership programs in Washington, D.C. and helped provide funding for the updated pens in the poultry barn. In 2020, this fund helped to provide new fans in Hunter Arena on the Coshocton County Fairgrounds.

To attend

Dinner will be served at Porteus Farms, 17293 State Route 83, Coshocton. Event admission is $50 per person and seats can be reserved by calling the Farm Bureau office at 740-452-2356.
