Technology is vital to growing the food, fuel and fiber in today’s farming operations allowing farmers to quite literally, get more with less. But what kind of technology is being used and how is it impacting the land, our environment and the farmer’s productivity? That is the theme of Ohio Farm Bureau’s interactive display and exhibit at this year’s Power Show Ohio.

Technology in agriculture will be on full display as attendees of Ohio’s largest indoor power show experience the interactive display and exhibit presented by Ohio Farm Bureau and industry partners. The dynamic interactive display will show how farmers use technology to manage water quality, soil and nutrients, and how they use cutting edge technology like solar, drones, GPS and robotics to best manage our natural resources and produce the abundance that supports our diet and our economy.  Displays will include activities for all ages, including a combine simulator, an augmented virtual reality landscape, solar power, drones, and more.

Additionally, Friday, Jan. 27 is Farm Bureau Member Appreciation Day at the show. Any Farm Bureau members that attend the show can receive special giveaways, and members that attend on the Jan. 27 will receive refreshments and may enter to win a drawing with a prize valued up to $2,500.

Power Show Ohio is the area’s largest indoor show, with more than 200 exhibitors displaying products and services from more than 500 companies. This three day event gives attendees access to the newest in the power equipment industry including agricultural, construction and outdoor power equipment.
