The event is presented by Heritage Ohio and Ohio’s Hill Country Heritage Area, and will celebrate the “inspiring practices” of people living and working in Appalachian Ohio. Come early (10:30 a.m.) for a special tour of the Statehouse with Bob Loversidge and Nancy Recchie.

This year’s recipients hail from all across Appalachian Ohio, from towns in Monroe and Scioto Counties along the Ohio River, to Zanesville and Lancaster at the start of the Appalachian foothills. At the luncheon, attendees will hear the stories of the awardees, recognizing their tremendous work across the region.
