This special two-hour, in-person forum at the Northwest Ohio Cooperative Kitchen (NOCK), will showcase the powerful impact of local food entrepreneurship in northwest Ohio.
See how the region’s small food businesses are launching, scaling and succeeding with help from CIFT’s NOCK facility—an incubator offering commercial space, business guidance, and technical assistance tailored for early-stage food entrepreneurs.
Event highlights:
- A panel discussion featuring four successful brands that launched from the NOCK: Kabob It, Guac Shop, Stateline Sauce, and Angry Irishman.
- A guided kitchen tour offering rare behind-the-scenes access to the commercial production space.
- A local product showcase and mini-market where attendees can meet founders, sample products, and make new connections.
This forum marks the final CIFT event before the organization pauses for summer, making it a must-attend for community leaders, small business supporters, and anyone passionate about regional food innovation and entrepreneurship.
