Henry County Farm Bureau is sponsoring a new livestock show planned for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. The objective is to give these individuals a chance to work with Jr. Fair exhibitors and their animals in an alternative livestock show to share what they have learned. The animal options that have been chosen are calves, sheep, goats, rabbits and pigs.

Mentors, who are required to be in at least 5th grade with at least two years experience of showing a livestock animal, will work alongside their partner to show them how to care for the animal as well as how to safely and properly show the animal at the fair.

The public is invited to come support and encourage our participants during the show to provide them with a positive and memorable experience that benefits all involved.

RSVP: None

Cost: Fair admission
