Don’t miss this “sweet” opportunity to visit Seldom Seen Farm in Montville, Ohio. After purchasing their land in 2008, Kevin and Morgan Holy became first generation farmers who grew their maple hobby into a business, with maple products being their main source of income. Learn more about maple syrup production, other agroforestry opportunities, and the importance of managing a sugarbush for forest health. Featured speakers are Kevin Holy, Seldom Seen Farm; and Jason Grossman,maple specialist for H2O Innovation.
This in-person program is free, but registration is limited and required by Nov. 7. Light refreshments will be served and it’s recommended to dress for the weather and bring a folding/camp chair and reusable mug.
