Will you be one of 40 youth chosen to attend Capitol Challenge?

Good community citizenship is one of the values that makes FFA, 4-H, and Farm Bureau such great programs. The three organizations are partnering to bring Ohio Youth Capitol Challenge to you. Here is your chance to get involved and have a hands-on experience that will help you make your community a better place!

Who can apply?

ˇ Applicants must be 14 (& in 9th grade) through 18 years of age during the 2013/14 school year.  Applicants are expected to have concern for local community issues and a desire to be more involved. Cost to youth is $25 upon selection.

ˇ 40 youth will be selected for the challenge. Participants will need to be ready to travel to the capital for part one of the challenge. They will work in their assigned team during the year developing a policy and presentation. Team members will then come together at the Ohio State Fair to compete with their final presentation.

The Deadline has been extended to Dec 30, 2013. You are not able to apply on line any longer. If you would like an application, please email the county organization director, Christy Montoya at cmontoya@ofbf.org
