The program starts with the General Session at 9 a.m. Tuesday where the Ohio Certified Crop Adviser of the Year will be named and the Ohio Farmer magazine will honor two new Master Farmers.
Christine Jones, an internationally acclaimed soil ecologist from Australia will be the speaker. Topic: Building new topsoil through the Liquid Carbon Pathway for long term Productivity and Profit. She will present a second talk later: Quorum sensing in the soil microbiome (Understanding the role of soil microbial interactions for soil health).
