Please join us for breakfast and a policy development meeting on Wed., June 2,
at 7 a.m. at the Edison Depot, 552 High St., Edison.
The policies of the Farm Bureau are the backbone of the organization. They provide the framework through which we advocate for family, community and food security. They help guide efforts to address real community issues such as regulations, funding public education and services, environmental protection, animal care, health care, landowner’s rights, and community planning. These policies are used to develop programs, projects and advocacy at the state and federal level, but just as importantly, are used to help guide the yearly plan of work for Morrow County Farm Bureau volunteers.
Your experience and perspective is appreciated and valuable to the organization. In order to get an accurate count of guests, please make your reservation by May 24, by clicking here, email [email protected] or call the office at (419) 747-7488.
Following this input session, the Farm Bureau policy development committee will provide policy resolutions to the membership at our annual meeting. Those approved will go on to the Ohio Farm Bureau, and they may move on to the American Farm Bureau Federation.
