The 2021 Ohio Pork Congress will take place Feb. 9 and 10 at the Crowne Plaza North in Columbus. The Ohio Pork Council is hosting Ohio Pork Congress in-person for a limited number of participants, with livestreaming available for those who choose not to attend in-person.
New in 2021, the Ohio Pork Council will be hosting the Swine Health Symposium, which is typically hosted in March, on Tuesday of Pork Congress. Tuesday’s programming will feature sessions on Secure Pork Supply, individual sow care, disease updates, euthanasia equipment, and more. Additionally, the annual reception and live auction will be held that evening.
Wednesday’s program will feature nationally-recognized experts on pork production, in addition to the highly-anticipated awards luncheon. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to visit vendors in the trade show area.
