Join Delaware and Franklin County Farm Bureau for an exclusive member event learning from experts on the science of grilling, barbecuing and smoking meat. Ohio State professors will discuss the science behind barbecuing beef, pork and lamb. Find out why you smoke brisket. Do you cook lamb differently than a pork chop? How does heat affect flavor? Then take your turn and create succulent culinary barbecue as you prep, grill and ultimately enjoy your creations. Is your mouth watering yet?
