Beth Noragon-Davis, managing partner of Grovewood Tavern, will be teaching the class. It will involve hands on preparing of roasted beets and demonstrations of how to best prepare the beets for assorted applications. The cost for the class is $25. Attendees are requested to bring a knife and cutting board and will assist in making some of the dishes. Recipes will come in a booklet that attendees can take home and will include the famous red velvet beet cake.
