This class will focus on the less popular cuts of meat and the vegetables that pair with them so well. The cost for the class is $25. The class will be taught by Chef in Residence and local foods expert, Parker Bosley.
The focus of this class will be cuts of meat that require more attention to prepare, and thus are often overlooked, even though they may offer wonderful ﬂ avors when prepared properly. This time of year, root vegetables are prevalent and pair quite well with meats that are slow cooked and braised.
