The OSU Extension Fruit and Vegetable Safety Team will be presenting on Good Agricultural Practices and be available to answer food safety questions in Bainbridge, thanks to a grant from the Ohio Department of Agriculture Specialty Crop Program.
Attend a GAPs program and you will learn about:

- Water safety
- Soil safety
- Good handling practices
- Worker training
- Restroom & breaks
- Hands & hygiene
- Ideas for traceability on the farm
- Standard operating procedures
- Receive certificate of participation
