WhatThe Ohio State University, College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences in Partnership with MVLNA and Boardman Park are sponsoring a Pruning Clinic. Check-In begins at 9:30 am with the Hands-on Clinic running from 10 a.m.to 12 p.m.
Learn to prune for maximum flower potential, disease reduction, regeneration and shape. There will be discussion on proper pruning techniques and tools to keep your landscape looking its best. Participants will also practices on trees and shrubs in the gardens. Please dress appropriate and bring a lawn chair, if needed.
Pre-Registration Required. A $20 registration fee per person includes a set of hand pruners or folding pruning saw, with handouts explaining the pruning process. Click for registration form.
