USDA-Wildlife Services, the Scioto County Soil and Water Conservation District and Ohio State University Extension are hosting an all-inclusive workshop where attendees will learn how to use lethal and nonlethal wildlife damage techniques to manage black vultures and coyotes following appropriate laws, the migratory bird depredation permit process (black vultures), as well as various demonstrations.
