Presenters for the third session of “Money Does Grow On Trees” will be Jermey Scherf, ODNR forester; Cliff Little, OSU Extension educator; and Jay McElroy, USDA district conservationist. They will share how to select crop trees for release, how to decide when to harvest timber, and what seed mix works best to stabilize a trail.
This informative event, which includes dinner, will be held Thursday, Aug. 22, at Deerasic Park Education Center, 14250 Cadiz Rd, Cambridge. Registration begins at 5:30 p.m. with dinner catered by Cid’s Smokehouse Grill served at 6 p.m.
