Guests will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful gardens at The Culinary Vegetable Institute and then come inside to sample a variety of teas, gourmet finger sandwiches, canapés, petit fours and sweets made by The CVI’s in-house chefs Jamie Simpson and Ulfet Ralph. Just a few of the menu items include miniature pastries, The Chef’s Garden vegetables and crème fraiche sandwiches, candy striped beet chips, and an assortment of cakes. Guests will have the freedom to stroll through the kitchen, interact with The Culinary Vegetable Institute’s chefs and serve themselves from an array of chef inspired dishes.
