Dr. Cathann Kress, vice president for agricultural administration and dean of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences, The Ohio State University, is guest speaker at the monthly breakfast, hosted by the Center for Innovative Food Technology (CIFT) at the Agricultural Incubator Foundation (AIF).
Kress will discuss:
- An update on the college and the strategic planning process
- Staying focused on the mission
- Addressing challenges
- Unique strategic advantages of the college
- Role of partnerships
Prior to her work at Ohio State, Kress was vice president for extension and outreach and director of cooperative extension at Iowa State University. She also served as a senior policy analyst of Military Community and Family Policy at the Department of Defense in Washington, D.C., and has taught undergraduate and graduate students at all levels.
Arrive early, as breakfast and informal networking will start at 8 a.m., with the program to follow. The cost is $10 per person with RSVP in advance, or $12 per person at the door without RSVP (cash or check). The cost includes breakfast and networking opportunities.
