Anyone interested in learning how to shear sheep is invited to attend the Statewide Sheep Shearing School, sponsored by the Ohio Sheep Improvement Association and OSU Extension.
The Statewide Sheep Shearing School will be held Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 1-2, 2011 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Dave Cable Farm, 10491 Canal Road, Hebron, OH 43025.
There is no class size limit and the cost is $40 per student. Those registering by the deadline of Sept. 23, 2011, will also have lunch provided for them during the Sheep Shearing School.

- Fill out and return the bottom portion of the registration form (from link below) to: Ohio Sheep Improvement Association – Sheep Shearing School, c/o Roger A. High, 280 N. High Street, P.O. Box 182383, Columbus, OH 43218.
- Checks may be made payable to the Ohio Sheep Improvement Association.
