WherePeaceful Acres Farm
Map Unavailable WhatThe Prell Family will open up their farm to the public for a unique festival experience with free admission. It’s a celebration of nature and the attributes of natural foods and remedies, the display of hand-made items and lavender infused foods and products such as sachets, candles, soaps, culinary lavender and bath and body items and an opportunity to stroll the fields of lavender; cameras and artists’ canvases welcome.
Fields of lavender are surrounded by vendor tents selling unique art paintings, local honey, jewelry, hand-painted t-shirts, Guatemalan imports, wood working, home décor, hand-turned items, hand-blown glassware, wood boxes, salt glazed pottery, bird feeders, bowls and more. Chef Benjamin Mentrup will be preparing “lavender food” for attendees and educational programs include a visit with birds and a visit from the Australian Outback and a baby wallaby. If so inclined, a “reading” can be given by medium Kimberley McAninch or receive a massage from Lisa Keys, LMT.
