This drive-it-yourself farm tour will visit four locations in south central Logan county including Bunker Hill Farm, a purebred Suffolk sheep farm owned by Susan and Bill Shultz; Yeasel Farms, a grain and beef farm, with Dawn and Monte Heppard; Logan County Electric’s new facility, which will feature the farmers market; and the final stop is Re-Al Winner Dairy, owned by Renee and Alan Winner, who use robotic technology on their farm. Each stop will have kid friendly activities and locally grown food to sample and buy. Plus, Farm Bureau members receive a coupon for local products. Logan County Farm Bureau has partnered with Logan Soil and Water Conservation District, Logan Rural Electric, Indian Lake Watershed Project and Farm Credit Mid-America on this event.
