It is estimated that 80 percent of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) operations will support precision agriculture applications once they are fully integrated into the National Airspace System. This engaging breakfast briefing will briefly explore the applications and benefits of UAS utilization in support of precision agriculture. Additionally, it will touch on currently permitted operations under existing regulations and what may be allowed in the near future once approved by the Federal Aviation Administration.
