The Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Agriculture, will host two informational meetings to introduce veterinarians, producers, feed mill operators and extension agents to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s new Veterinary Feed Directive, which goes into effect Jan. 1, 2017.
The workshops will include presentations from the FDA and practicing veterinarians. They are free of charge and will include lunch. Advance registration is required by Nov. 3 and each meeting will be limited to 200 participants. Two meetings will be held:
