Go from garden to kitchen by learning the basics for canning and other food preservation techniques from experts. Participants also will have the opportunity to make their own jam and salsa. Register by May 9. Cost: $5 for Farm Bureau members, per seminar or $25 for all; $10 for nonmembers, per seminar or $50 for all seminars.
