Apple Dessert


  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 3 cups chopped/diced apples (Granny Smith or Golden Delicious)
  • cup chopped pecans


Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in topping; add apples and pecans. Serve chilled.
