- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 3 cups chopped/diced apples (Granny Smith or Golden Delicious)
- cup chopped pecans
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla. Fold in topping; add apples and pecans. Serve chilled.
