Autumn Apple Chops

These are made in a skillet on top of the stove.


  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 top loin pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Season flour with salt and pepper; lightly flour pork chops and brown on one side in butter in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Turn chops; stir in onion and apple juice; bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for 7-8 minutes.

Serves four.
