The B-B-Que sauce for these burgers adds a nice tangy flavor.
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients and form into patties. Brown patties and place in baking dish.
This recipe goes well with our B-B-Qued Sauce.
Mix B-B-Qued Sauce ingredients together, pour over patties and cover. Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours.
Our Ohio staff note: We prepared this dish in quarter pound patties. The sauce has a good tangy taste.
