Let cheese stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
- 1 wedge blue cheese, about 1/2 pound
- 3 or 4 tablespoons light colored honey
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans
- Baguettes or crackers, to accompany
Place the wedge of cheese on a platter and let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes. When ready to serve, drizzle the honey over the cheese and top with nuts. Serve immediately with the baguettes.
