Another easy recipe for the grill.
- 1 flank steak
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons wine or wine vinegar
- garlic - either a couple of cloves or 1 tsp. of garlic powder
When ready to marinate, score the flank steak diagonally on both sides
Place steak in a zip lock storage bag or in a baking dish. Pour marinade over the top. Turn steak so that both sides are coated. Marinate for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Grill a few minutes on each side; center should be slightly pink. Enjoy!
