California Crunch Breakfast

You can enjoy the same quality meals over the campfire as you do in your kitchen. Try this hearty breakfast of bacon and eggs.


  • 1 pound bacon
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 cup Cheese Nips crackers, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


In a large iron skillet cook bacon until slightly crisp. Remove bacon and crumble, set aside. Drain grease. Add 12 eggs to skillet and start to scramble. When eggs are 1/2 cooked, add crumbled bacon and crumbled crackers. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 8.
