Corn Casserole

A favorite for family reunions and picnics.


  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 3-quart buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until top is brown.

Note: We received many variations to this basic recipe: adding cheese or onion and substituting French onion chip dip for the sour cream.
