A favorite for family reunions and picnics.
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 3 quart buttered casserole dish. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until top is brown.
Note: We received many variations to this basic recipe: adding cheese or onion and substituting French onion chip dip for the sour cream.
