Crab quiche

Crab Quiche

Measure, stir and bake. No slicing or chopping needed.


  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can (7 1/2 ounces) crabmeat
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • parsley


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat eggs; stir in milk, onion and salt. Pat crabmeat with paper towel. Sprinkle crabmeat and cheese in crust. Pour egg mixture over crabmeat and cheese. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 300 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes. To test doneness, insert knife 1 inch from edge, and it should come out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
