Give your eggs a braver flavor with fresh herbs.
- 6 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped tarragon
Hard boil eggs. Cool eggs quickly in cold water. Cut in half. Scoop out yolk and mash. Add herbs and sour cream, mix well. Fill egg halves. Garnish with tiny sprigs of chives, parsley or dill.
Our Ohio note: You might add a little more sour cream. The eggs were a little dry.
