Add some spice to your breakfast with peppers.
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 4 Italian banana peppers (mild)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Beat eggs lightly and set aside. Fry banana peppers in oil and seasonings. Add eggs.
Optional: Add onions, zucchini or crushed red pepper for more spice.
