This lamb needs to be marinated at least 3 hours or overnight.
- 8 lamb rib or loin chops 1/2 inch thick
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
Arrange chops in glass baking dish. Combine brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Pour over lamb and marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Preheat broiler. Place chops on rack in broiling pan 3 to 5 inches from heat source. Broil 6 to 8 minutes. Turn and broil 6 to 8 minutes or until desired degree of doneness.
