The breasts need to marinate for four hours before grilling.
- 1 pound turkey breast fillets or tenders
- Turkey Marinade
- 1/2 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup white wine
Combine all ingredients in a ziploc bag and place into bowl. Note: All ingredients can be altered to taste.
Slice turkey breast fillets against the grain into uniform thicknesses. If using tenders, butterfly.
Place the fillets into the marinade and refrigerate for 4 hours or longer, according to taste.
Grill on a medium heat grill being sure not to overcook (approximately 3 minutes for the first side and 2 minutes on the second side).
