peanut butter fudge

Peanut Butter Fudge

This recipe uses marshmallow creme.


  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 heaping cup peanut butter
  • 1 7-ounce jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


Put first three ingredients in a heavy sauce pan. On medium heat, bring to a rolling boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add last three ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into buttered pan and let cool. Cut into pieces.
