This makes seven cups of dip.
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 8 ounces packages cream cheese
- 1 30 ounce can pumpkin pie filling mix
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
In large bowl, mix sugar and cream cheese, beating until well blended. Add remaining ingredients. Store in refrigerator. Serve in bowl or hollowed out pumpkin with gingersnaps or vanilla wafers. Makes 7 cups.
